Geekware Tech simplifies online tech supply purchasing by providing dependable door-to-door delivery with just a click. It's important to note that processing, assembly, and packaging times may vary based on the items in your order and whether setup help is needed.

To begin delivery for EFT payments, we need proof of payment and clearance. Please send proof of payment to info@geekwaretech.co.za via email.

Orders scheduled for shipment after 1:00 pm will be processed and packed on the next business day. For orders placed during weekends or public holidays, preparations will only start on the next business day.

Once your order has been confirmed and is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email with the relevant tracking information. This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your order and stay up-to-date on its delivery status.

You will be able to track your order from the moment the courier service has been notified for collection. This means that you will be able to see when the courier company has picked up your order and when it is en route to its final destination. You will also be able to see the estimated delivery date and time, as well as any updates on the status of your order along the way.

TYPES OF DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

Economy Delivery (Out of town) nationally to major city centres only: This is based on the duration required to consolidate and process the order.

Delivery timeframes are subject to the completion of the processing period as stated, and they may vary. It is advisable to contact Geekware to get an estimated timeframe.

As an added bonus, we offer free Delivery for all orders exceeding R3000.

Outlying Areas/Domestic Delivery: (Please contact us if you are unsure if your area falls into this category before selecting the delivery option.)

Delivery generally takes up to 4-5 business days, depending on the area chosen.

Local Pick Up: At Geekware, we offer a convenient local pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their tech supplies themselves. Instead of waiting for delivery, you can simply choose the local pick-up option during the checkout process and select Geekware store for pick-up. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone call. This option not only saves you delivery fees but also allows you to check the products you ordered before taking them home. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our local pick-up option, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

The physical address for the pick-up option is Unit G12, 15 Zenith Drive, The Place, Umhlanga Ridge, 4319. This is where you can come to collect your order if you have chosen the pick-up option.

Additionally, we do allow for a consolidation period of 1-2 business days before shipping commences. This means that once you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

The consolidation period for this option may take up to 48 hours, which means that it could take up to 2 business days for us to process your order and have it ready for pick up. However, we will make every effort to get your order ready as soon as possible. If your order is not from our store, we will then contact you to notify you of the time frame the supplier has provided to us.

If there are any unforeseen delays in the consolidation period or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will contact you to inform you of the situation. We understand that prompt and reliable service is crucial, and we strive to keep our customers informed every step of the way.

Free Delivery (Economy): (Orders for min R3000+) to major city centres only: Free

Once we have completed the assembling period and are ready to ship your custom order, the estimated delivery time will depend on the weight of the order and the location it is being shipped to. Generally, delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
